How does the intelligent scanning work?

Snap a few photos of a prescription label and PillArm's intelligent scanning reads the dosage, instructions, schedule, and more, then fills in a complete medication record for you. You can also identify a loose pill from photos of its front and back.

Is there a free plan?

PillArm starts with a 14-day free trial (a card is required to begin) so you can try the whole app. Your trial includes 10 AI scans. After the trial you keep an active Pro or Family subscription. There's no limited free tier. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.

What's included each month, and what are AI credits?

Pro includes 100 AI scans per month and Family includes 300. On either plan you can ask for an illustrative pill image on request; each one uses an AI scan, and an illustration is never for identifying a pill. Everyday features, including reminders, schedules, the fever tracker, and viewing your data, are unlimited. Your trial includes 10 AI scans. If you need more, you can buy a pay-as-you-go pack of 50 AI credits for $2.99.

Is my health data private?

Your data is stored securely in your own account and is never sold or shared. Sensitive actions can be protected behind a parent PIN, and intelligent scanning requests are never sent to third-party analytics.

Yes. On the Family plan you can add unlimited family members (kids, a spouse, or parents), each with their own medications, schedules, and low-stock alerts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel during your 14-day trial and you won't be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period. Your data is never deleted.
