Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PillArm account and all of its associated data at any time. Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

On Android or iOS: open PillArm, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

Delete from the website

Sign in at pillarm.com/profile and choose Delete Account. This performs the same permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us at contact@gm-insurance.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed: your account and sign-in identity, your name and email address, your health profile, all medications, schedules and dose history, family member profiles, fever tracker entries, refill requests, uploaded prescription label and pill photos, your preferences, and your parent PIN.

What we keep

We retain only the minimal transaction records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, and only for as long as the law requires. We may also keep aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you.

Cancel your subscription first

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, deleting your PillArm account does not cancel that subscription, because billing is managed by the store. Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple Account settings before deleting your account. Subscriptions purchased on the web are cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.
